Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree.
• Broad knowledge of project scheduling and cost control; ability to read/understand specs and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as required.
• Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety awareness and OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating, scheduling, and cost control activities.
• Review proposals, specifications and drawings; perform material takeoffs; assist with cost estimates.
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Plan work, ensure quality control, manage costs and materials, and track progress.
• Maintain project records and documentation; ensure safety programs are followed.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of job segments and site activities.
• Collaborate with teams across mechanical, civil, electrical and heavy industrial construction.
