You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and schedule, operate basic equipment, and support safety and punch-list tasks while pursuing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.

This internship offers exposure to cost control, on-site meetings, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation, with ESOP

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• On-Site Operations & Subcontractor Coordination: Manage day-to-day field operations, liaise with subcontractors and internal crews, monitor cost control, quality, productivity and schedule adherence, operate skid steers as needed, assist field crews and train operators.
