Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to coordinate project information
  • Ensure all contract documents are up to date in real-time
  • Prepare and present status reports on RFIs, submittals, and other documents
  • Create PCIs in CMiC, issue RFQs, review quotes, and assist in preparing ATP and OCOs
  • Review scopes of work for bid packages
  • Maintain the Material Equipment Status Report
  • Develop the submittal register
  • Prepare change management reports, estimates, and cost reports
  • Conduct quality control activities and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions
  • Review contractors' startup documents
  • Work with Lead Superintendent on trade contractor responsibilities
  • Enforce safety standards and manage weekly safety inspections
  • Participate in Schedule Updates and Pull Plans
  • Coordinate with the field team to meet milestone dates
  • Manage general conditions work and project logistics
  • Communicate with Trade Contractors and AE on field and QAQC questions
  • Prepare daily reports and contribute to weekly meetings
  • Order materials, understand workforce needs, and ensure a clean jobsite
  • Assist with T&M processes
  • Participate in safety and planning activities
  • Assist with tasks typically assigned to junior positions as needed
  • Support organizational change initiatives and adapt to new processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 1-2 years of experience or internships in construction
  • Or equivalent education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of commercial/institutional construction
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • First Aid and CPR trained
  • Construction document and drawing literacy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
