Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to coordinate project information
  • Ensure all contract documents and logs are up to date
  • Prepare and present status reports on RFIs, submittals, and documents
  • Create PCIs in CMiC, issue RFQs, review quotes, and assist in preparing ATP and OCOS
  • Review scopes of work for bid packages
  • Maintain the Material Equipment Status Report
  • Develop the submittal register
  • Prepare change management reports, estimates, and cost reports
  • Conduct quality control activities, ensure proper documentation, and implement corrective actions
  • Review contractors' startup documents
  • Work with Lead Superintendent on trade contractor responsibilities
  • Enforce safety standards and manage safety inspections
  • Participate in Schedule Updates and Pull Plans
  • Coordinate project logistics and communicate with Trade Contractors and AE
  • Prepare daily reports and contribute to weekly meetings
  • Manage material orders, workforce needs, and maintain a clean jobsite
  • Assist with T&M processes and participate in safety and planning meetings
  • Support organizational change initiatives and adapt to new processes
Qualifications

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 1-2 years of experience or internships in construction
  • Or equivalent education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid, CPR trained
  • Ability to read construction documents and drawings
  • Teamwork capability

Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and market data.
