Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking entry-level Field Engineer I candidates for the nationwide program. Positions are full‑time, in‑person, across multiple U.S. locations with 2027 start dates.

The program combines formal training, coaching, and on‑the‑job experience to build cross‑functional construction skills early in your career. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 0-1 year of experience or internships with a construction organization.
• Procore knowledge is preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour certification required; First Aid/CPR training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain contract documents and logs.
• Review, process and distribute submittals and RFIs accurately.
• Attend meetings and document notes, decisions, and actions.
• Assist in coordinating trade contractors to meet project schedule.
• Support safety initiatives and conduct safety inspections in the field.
