Qualifications

• Beginner knowledge of construction equipment, drawing & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the project.
• Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with others.
• Experience coordinating field activities and analyzing project data.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm materials and resources are available.
• Coordinates shop drawings, design specs, material requirements and project data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provides input for project work plan and scheduling; identifies risks affecting budget or schedule.
• Tracks project performance, documents daily activities, and manages cost coding with finance teams.
• Reviews and approves daily timecards and coordinates with payroll and supervisors.
• Ensures quality assurance by reviewing project specs and securing necessary certificates and inspections.
• Plans field layout and coordinates permits for work on-site; assists design drawings as needed.
• Coordinates subcontractor methods, schedule and crews as needed.
