Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Passion for safety and construction.
• Experience with construction software preferred (AGTEK/AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Kraemer's Safety Program for safe project execution.
• Ensure Quality is built into construction operations via planning, document control, submittals, RFIs, and field quality inspections.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and Kraemer self‑perform work; provide construction oversight.
• Monitor project expenditures and prepare cost reports to support project success.
• Assist foremen and superintendents with construction activities, layout, and grade control.
• Maintain positive relationships with project owners, inspectors, and stakeholders; uphold Kraemer's Core Values.
• Attend Kraemer University courses for skill development and career growth.
