ENTACT, a premier national environmental, civil, and geotechnical construction services provider, seeks a Field Engineer to join our team. The role involves on-site field work, quality control, surveying, KPI tracking, and reporting for ENTACT projects.

Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering or related degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% within the US. HAZWOPER is preferred but not required, with per diem and paid trips home offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Team players with the ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
• Design, planning and communication skills that promote safe work and safe work products.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving/decision making skills.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to take the initiative.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• HAZWOPER 40 hr. training is highly preferred but not required.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center or AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements.

Responsabilités

• Complete on-site workflows with safety as a priority.
• Track project procurement: material requisitions, deliveries, field receipts, subcontractor performance.
• Process project documentation: daily/weekly reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Manage schedules, contract compliance, support PMs to deliver on time/budget.
• Develop construction figures from sketches/designs using AutoCAD.
• Process subcontractor billings and financial reporting to PM.
• Oversee lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure work complies with designs and specs; perform topographic surveys as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to meet project goals.
