Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• QEI certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Minimum 5 years experience with elevators/escalators and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of elevators/escalators and oversee third‑party contractors.
• Manage and audit elevator/escalator maintenance, invoices and reports.
• Oversee inspections, milestones, and acceptance tests; review drawings and specs.
• Maintain safety compliance and train staff on procedures and emergency responses.
• Provide reports and follow‑ups on open issues and contractor performance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

QEI Certification or within one year

Minimum 5 years elevator/escalator experience
