Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Engineer in Burlington, TX to coordinate field engineering activities and ensure solutions meet project goals and quality standards. You will work with project teams to resolve technical issues and improve construction processes.

Qualified candidates typically have 2–4 years in field engineering or construction management, with an Associate's degree or related experience. OSHA 30 certification within 6 months, plus First Aid/CPR, are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of field engineering/construction management experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Participates in coordination and execution of field engineering activities to meet project goals and quality standards.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and improve construction processes.
• Assists with gathering and organizing technical documents to keep information accurate and up-to-date.
• Supports site inspections and assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Promotes continuous improvement by reviewing field practices and suggesting enhancements.
