Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supports moderately complex technical review and implementation of engineering plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality expectations.
• Coordinates with project managers, field staff, self-perform team, superintendents and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Conducts detailed site inspections and assessments independently, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Supports the preparation and validation of technical documentation, including daily progress reports and as-built records.
• Drives process improvements by analyzing field operations and identifying innovative methods or technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
