Worley is seeking a highly motivated Field Engineer to join our construction team in USA-LA-Cameron. The role focuses on providing engineering expertise, interpreting designs, and ensuring construction aligns with specifications at sites.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers and other teams, oversee on-site supervision, and support junior staff while ensuring safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent in related field or trade qualification with relevant training.
• Proven ability to interpret designs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze engineering designs, blueprints and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Provide on-site technical expertise during construction phases and adjustments.
• Oversee supervision activities to align with plans and specs.
• Make independent technical decisions for small projects with impact considerations.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Attend project meetings and communicate progress and issues clearly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress reports, change orders and as-built drawings.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to keep timelines.
