Job summary

Worley in Cameron, LA, is seeking a structural engineer to provide on-site services and technical supervision within the structural engineering team. You will deliver engineering tasks to meet client specs, budget, and schedules.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering degree required.
Professional Engineer license preferred; NCEES record preferred.
Experience delivering structural engineering services to clients within budget and schedule.
Proficient with structural software such as STAAD and Foundation3D; familiarity with Navisworks.
Ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver structural engineering services meeting specifications, on time and within budget.
Initiate and manage project requirements, including supervision when required.
Participate in meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure checks are followed.
Lead on specific projects and supervise team tasks and allocations.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning activities and issue requisitions or purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain project scope alignment.
Support junior staff and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
