Responsibilities

  • Assist with quantity tracking and verification.
  • Track and monitor material inventory on the project site.
  • Support building layout and survey activities.
  • Assist with organization, storage, and maintenance of tools.
  • Verify embeds and other constructability-related items.
  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing RFIs.
  • Support subcontractor coordination and management.
  • Participate in weekly coordination meetings.
  • Maintain accurate as-built documentation.
  • Conduct site safety audits and participate in safety meetings.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs.
  • Participate as an active member of the project team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align efforts.

FIELD ENGINEER

The primary role of the Field Engineer is to assist the onsite Superintendent and/or Foreman with a variety of tasks in support of project execution. In this role, the Field Engineer will learn foundational principles and processes of building construction which will serve as a gateway to a career path in either Field Operations or Project Management.

  • Conduct site safety audits and participate in site safety meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely daily logs
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Participate as an active member of the project team.
  • Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate tenant and vendor files
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Office & Travel

This position supports McGough's National Travel - Advanced Technology business and may be assigned to projects throughout the United States with your desired location taken into consideration. Travel: Overnight and extended travel is required based on project location and business needs. Project assignments and work locations may change as projects are completed.

Employee will be required to visit construction jobsites which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
