Job summary

EZARC is seeking a Field Engineer to support construction projects in Chandler, AZ. You will assist with managing field activities, reviewing drawings, coordinating deliveries, and reporting progress to the Superintendent to keep work on schedule and compliant with specifications.

The role emphasizes teamwork, site supervision, inspections, RFIs, and field documentation. You’ll work closely with Project Engineers, General Foremen, and safety teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field activities with project teams.
• Ability to review drawings and communicate updates to field and office.

Responsibilities

• Attend job meetings including PIT and job walks.
• Gather information and report to Superintendent.
• Review and keep IFC drawings current on site.
• Monitor field progress and manage deliveries.
• Schedule inspections and prepare field documents.
• Initiate RFIs and support submittals.
• Coordinate as-builts and crane/erection plans as needed.
• Conduct concrete scanning and basic field surveys.
