Job summary

Conception to Reality Inc. seeks a Field Engineer / Construction Manager to lead field engineering and construction activities in Westminster, CO. You will manage contractors, vendors, and client relationships while ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget are met.

The role requires a mechanical or civil engineering background or construction management experience, with travel up to 75% to client sites. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Civil, or Construction Management.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
• Manufacturing field experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee field engineering and construction activities to project completion.
• Manage contractors and vendors to execute the approved project scope and schedule.
• Prepare and distribute daily project reports and monitor costs.
• Coordinate and lead on-site bid meetings with vendors and contractors.
