Job summary

Conception to Reality Inc. seeks a Field Engineer / Construction Manager to lead field engineering and construction activities in Westminster, Colorado.

You will manage contractors, vendors, and project scope, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules while maintaining client relations. The role requires strong project management, drawing interpretation, and safety compliance, with approximately 75% travel to client sites and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Manufacturing field experience, especially in the food and beverage industry, preferred.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% to client sites, depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage field engineering and construction activities through project completion.
• Oversee daily work of contractors and vendors; track budget and schedule.
• Create and update MS Project schedules and project documentation.
• Coordinate site meetings, safety compliance, and project punch lists.
• Assist with feasibility work and development of scope-of-work documents.
