Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college education in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Building construction knowledge or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and initiative.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Basic scheduling understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and grade work for building layout and control.
• Assist in implementing site safety program.
• Ensure subcontractor safety compliance.
• Maintain contract documents and DCRs.
• Review drawings and shop drawings for coordination.
• Prepare project as-builts.
• Support Turner interests and related duties.
