Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in Infrastructure/Heavy Civil construction preferred.
• Interest in heavy civil/marine construction such as marine, bridges, canals, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations for structural concrete and marine construction activities.
• Coordinate work between craft labor, subcontractors, survey crews, suppliers, and project management.
• Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents to ensure accurate field execution.
• Assist superintendents in planning work activities, sequencing operations, and identifying project constraints.
• Monitor production quantities and track installation progress.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and field work packages.
• Support field layout activities utilizing GPS, total stations, and survey control systems.
• Coordinate concrete placement activities, including mix verification, testing requirements, and quality documentation.
