Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• 1+ years in technical support, field service, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and validate camera, controller, and edge compute hardware before shipment.
• Deploy and commission inspection systems at customer sites, including optics and integration.
• Design and fabricate mounting, lighting, or integration solutions when needed.
• Troubleshoot across software, controller, network, and physical layers to resolution.
• Collect and document sample and image data at customer sites for model development.
• Feed field failure patterns back into product requirements and documentation.
