Job summary

eyesAtop in the New York metropolitan area is seeking a Field Support Engineer to own the technical execution of deployments, demonstrations, and customer engagements on-site. You will work closely with business development teams and lead engineering efforts at each site visit.

You will train customers, diagnose field issues, and provide feedback to engineering to shape the product roadmap. Frequent domestic and international travel is required, and eligibility for a US security clearance is

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer/Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of field engineering, systems integration, or field operations in defense/aerospace/autonomous systems.
• Strong hardware/software/RF/networking expertise for field deployments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; eligible for US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical and engineering aspects of on-site demonstrations and field deployments: system transport, assembly, configuration, integration, and pre-event validation.
• Plan and execute pre-demonstration test sequences for hardware, software, RF links, networking, and drone operations.
• Lead during live demonstrations and customer engagements, providing real-time technical support to sales and Go‑To‑Market teams.
• Deploy, commission, and configure eyesAtop systems at customer sites, including network setup and RF links.
• Train customer operators and staff on system operation and best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support remotely and on-site; resolve field issues.
