You will provide on-site service and customer support during field visits, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and produce detailed service reports for our airline client. The role requires documenting processes, analyzing performance data, and developing workaround procedures when standard solutions fail.

• Builds positive relationships with customers
• Ability to use a ladder
