Fisher Industries is seeking a Field Engineer to plan, develop, and manage on-site construction engineering for concrete paving and heavy civil projects. The role requires travel with project teams to remote sites and readiness for night/weekend work.
You will support project controls, schedules, quality, and safety, review plans, mentor staff, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget; a civil engineering degree and 3+ years of related experience are preferred.

The Field Engineer will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and managing onsite construction engineering activities for concrete paving and heavy civil construction projects to ensure quality and cost. This position will be a travelling position where qualified applicants will be required to integrate and travel with a project team or paving crew to assist with all functions of project. The individual must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel to remote work sites is required.
Night and weekend work will be required.
