Job Title: Professional Recruiter at Insight Global: Government Services and Commercial | Wellness Ambassador

Location: Remote (must live near an airport, preferably on east coast or in OKC) - will be traveling

Must-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field
• 3-9+ years of experience in Systems/Field Engineering, integrating, deploying, and supporting hardware and software solutions in networking and communications
• Experience with:
• Operating Systems (RHEL, Windows)
• Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python)
• Log aggregation and reporting (ELK/Opensearch, Splunk)
• Network analysis tools (Wireshark, Stablenet)
• System monitoring tools (Zabbix, SNMP)
• System security management and intrusion detection tools (IdM, SSL, IPSec/VPN, SELinux, AIDE)
• Routing and networking technologies
• Willing to travel up to 80%

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Insight Global is hiring Field Engineers to support an FAA program related to Air Traffic Control Voice Communication, Information, and Network Solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on integration of software and hardware components, including installation, configuration, and telecommunications hardware integration.
• Implementing IT system solutions for networking, computing, and proprietary communication equipment.
• Conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Performing site surveys to identify requirements.
• Preparing documentation on site requirements and system configurations.
• Installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites.
• Integrating mission-critical system components and debugging systems.
• Conducting factory and site acceptance tests, failure analysis.
• Interfacing with customers.
• Participating in remote system monitoring, maintenance, and Tier 2 support as needed.
