Aristocrat in Tulsa, OK seeks a Field Engineer I to deliver pre-sales consultation, implement software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations, and provide post-sales technical support for gaming systems.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage projects, ensure stability, and travel to client sites up to 75% as needed. Associate’s degree in IT or related field and 2+ years of experience required.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
• Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
• Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
• Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
