Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria, seeks a Construction/Project Manager to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards in Tucker, GA. You will conduct pre-bid surveys, manage contracts, and coordinate with field crews and subs to meet costs and margins.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or substantial field experience, strong MS Office skills, and travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of related field construction management experience OR 5+ years of field construction experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of Accounting/Finance principles preferred.
• Water/sewer or municipal environment experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Word & Excel skills required.
• Willingness to travel approx. 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to manage costs and margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs and awarding Subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement activities.
