Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent on projects from startup through closeout. You will help ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion while upholding Willmeng’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a construction engineering background (BS/MS or equivalent) and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Procore and MS Office. Reliable transportation is required for site access.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Access to reliable transportation (required).

Role

The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer ensures the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards.
