About the Program

This program combines field experience, office rotations, and formal training modules to give you a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. You’ll learn how projects are built from the ground up, develop technical and leadership skills, and prepare for roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor, and beyond.

Program Highlights
  • Year 1:
    • Work primarily in the field as part of the project management and supervision team.

    • Rotate into the office to assist with estimating, bidding, and project layout activities.
