Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks a construction project manager to oversee production, safety, quality, and project management standards. You will lead pre-bid activity, start-up, and closeout with field crews and subcontractors, tracking costs and ensuring margins.

The role requires a engineering/construction degree and 2+ years of related experience or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio. Travel ~25% is expected. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years related field construction management experience.
• Or 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio of projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of basic Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Primavera and JD Edwards is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet expected production rates and gross profit margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFI's.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement jobs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of related field construction management experience or 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the basic principles in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in water/sewer or municipal environment is a plus.
• Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Primavera and JD Edwards software experience a plus.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction required.
• Must be able to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
