• Develop and maintain site logistics plans with the Superintendent; conduct quality inspections; coordinate testing and inspections.
• Prepare detailed short-term schedules and daily progress reports; participate in meetings to provide technical guidance; ensure successful execution of all activities.

The Field Engineer is a professional construction specialist responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site project activities to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Exercising independent judgment and discretion, Field Engineers support the Project Engineers, Superintendents and Project Managers in the day to day responsibilities of the project to which he/she is assigned.This role enforces the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program, with authority to stop work for safety violations, supervises the daily field labor force, inspects contractor and subcontractor operations for contract compliance, and manages corrective actions as needed. The Field Engineer assists in developing and maintaining site logistics plans in collaboration with the Superintendent, conducts quality inspections, coordinates testing and inspection efforts, monitors labor and material costs, and prepares detailed short‑term schedules while making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines. Additionally, this position prepares and submits daily reports documenting work progress; quantities and actively participates in project and subcontractor meetings to provide technical guidance; and ensures the successful execution of all assigned activities.

Field Engineer Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR 6 years of equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant construction experience
