Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced project and field construction manager to oversee production, safety, quality, and project management standards. You will conduct pre-bid surveys, manage start-up and closeout, and work with field crews and subcontractors to track costs and maintain gross margins.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management and 2+ years of field mgmt experience (or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management required.
• 2+ years field construction mgmt or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio required.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; Primavera and JD Edwards a plus.
• Travel ~25% expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to control costs and meet production targets and margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and status meetings with customers; prepare submittals and RFIs; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with scope of work and awarding subcontracts; handle material procurement.
