Job summary

FS in New Harmony, Indiana, seeks an energetic field sales professional to market, sell and deliver energy products within an assigned territory. You will secure new clients and grow sales with existing customers while representing the FS brand.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of sales experience, daily travel within the territory, a CDL with Hazmat endorsement, and EMS certification. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Must possess or obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• EMS (Energy Management Specialist) certification preferred or required.
• You will travel daily within the sales territory and may have overnight stays.
• Ability to work seasonal hours and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a route system and calls on clients to obtain energy product orders.
• Acts as sole sales contact between FS and clients in the territory.
• Meets sales goals as directed by supervisor.
• Promotes FS credit/Agri-Finance as a sales tool.
• Records sales or deliveries in daily logs.
• Maintains a prospect list and solicits new business.
• Prepares order forms and sales contracts.
• Delivers petroleum products as needed and loads stock.
• Follows up on customer complaints and resolves issues promptly.
• Complies with credit policy and collects accounts as needed.
• Maintains the company vehicle and complies with safety policies.
