Insight FS, headquartered in Jefferson, WI, is seeking an Energy Delivery Specialist to safely and efficiently deliver energy products and support customer accounts. The role requires CDL with appropriate endorsements and the ability to operate in varied weather and scheduling conditions.

Responsibilities include sales collaboration, handling complaints, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance while keeping management informed of customer communications and product shrink management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of truck driving or bulk transport delivery experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes, hazmat, and tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales of energy products with other sales staff.
• Respond to complaints and ensure satisfactory settlements.
• Deliver energy products safely and efficiently to customers.
• Update management on all customer communications.
• Monitor and control product shrink per policy.
• Keep delivery equipment in safe condition; maintain truck inspection records and HOS records.
• Check customer credit history before deliveries and explain policy.
