Qualifications

• Has held a forward-deployed or zero-to-one customer-facing role.
• 4–10 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Uses AI methods (LLMs, agents) to ship working systems quickly.
• Strong Python and Django proficiency; solid SQL/postgreSQL skills.
• Experience building customer-facing UI and AWS-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with biopharma customers to understand workflows and define success.
• Identify and validate high-value field use cases for product.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions rapidly.
• Translate customer needs into core product features in the shared codebase.
• Own end-to-end deployments from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Maintain production systems (Django services, APIs, data integrations, monitoring).
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
