Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role covers installation, maintenance, and testing of electronic security systems including intrusion, access control, CCTV, and IT equipment across federal, local, and commercial projects. Requires 2+ years of electronics experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years electronics installation/maintenance across multiple systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic security systems.
• Configure hardware/software, test systems, and provide customer support.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Document tasks using company tools and communicate with project teams.
