Job summary

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. This role performs installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on diverse electronic systems used in the National Airspace System across multiple FAA sites.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to travel up to 100% in the USA, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong electronics and RF knowledge, plus ability to read schematics and manuals, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong fundamentals in analog/digital electronics and RF.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment across the NAS.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit, board, or module level using standard test equipment.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA orders and procedures.
• Document maintenance logs, test results, and actions taken.
• Follow safety, security, and quality practices in field, shop, and site environments.
