Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA TSSC-5 contract. You will perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on NAS-related electronic systems across the U.S.

You will read schematics, align equipment, and document results, while adhering to FAA and Parsons safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to travel up to 100%, and proficiency with DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ability to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Strong basics in analog and digital electronics and RF equipment.
• Experience with standard electronic test equipment (DMMs, scopes, generators).
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and FAA/Parsons procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems per drawings and standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit/module level using test equipment.
• Document work with logs, tickets, and test results.
• Assist with system power-up, alignment, and functional testing.
• Follow FAA orders, site procedures, and safety policies.
