Job summary

On Point Technologies is seeking an Electronic Technician to perform electrical and electronic maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company equipment across multiple field locations. The role supports troubleshooting, testing, and calibration activities in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 3–6 years of relevant work, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Two-year associate degree or hands-on equivalent.
3–6 years in electrical/electronic maintenance.
Oilfield services, power generation, or mobile equipment experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, electronic, and computer-based equipment and systems.
Perform electrical repairs and diagnostics in the shop and in field locations.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on electrical/electronic systems.
Assist with equipment testing, calibration, and verification using appropriate tools and software.
Follow procedures, schematics, and documentation when testing and repairing equipment.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in company systems.
