M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 1 to support the Security and Electronic Systems unit.

You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, and testing of electronic security, IT, and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients. Strong teamwork and safety compliance are essential. Responsibilities include site surveys, wiring, and equipment termination, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and follow NEC standards.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years electronics installation/maintenance on multiple systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to work with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of security systems and IT equipment.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware/software, test systems, and provide customer support.
• Enforce project safety plans and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain tool inventories and perform daily tool inspections.
• Collaborate with project teams and mentor junior technicians.
