Job summary

Parsons is the prime contractor for the FAA's TSSC-5 contract, providing installation, testing, and maintenance of NAS electronics nationwide. The Electronics Technician III works under limited supervision, performing installation, modification, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment.

The role requires travel up to 100% within the USA, adherence to FAA directives, and collaboration with senior technicians and engineers to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic analog and digital electronics knowledge.
• Familiar with RF and communications equipment.
• Proficient with standard electronic test equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on NAS-related electronic systems.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals and follow FAA and Parsons procedures.
• Support field installations and site work, including power, cabling, and system testing.
