Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Engineering Technician to support FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. You will perform installation, modification, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on NAS electronics while following FAA directives.

Work under supervision with senior techs, read schematics, and assist with site work. Frequent travel within the USA and strict adherence to safety and security requirements are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Basic Microsoft suite, Internet, and E-mail.
• Must meet customer security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment per drawings and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to unit, board, or module level.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and interconnect drawings; maintain logs and test forms.
• Support field installations, site prep, testing, and calibration of equipment.
• Follow safety, security, and quality practices per FAA and Parsons standards.
