Read and comprehend technical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures. Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner. Maintain the company's high standards of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, and team members. Submit all paperwork on time. Adhere to all required project specific as well as company safety requirements. Provides timely feedback to customers and management through prompt, accurate recording/communication of problem systems and status. Escalates unresolved requests using documented procedures, working with third-level technicians and/or 3rd party vendors to formulate an effective resolution action plan. Recognizes/analyzes recurring issues and recommends constructive improvements to prevent recurrence. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Conducts field training and second-level problem evaluation using documented procedures Qualifications Industry certifications are highly desirable In-house Certified Training Required (company provided) Must have a valid driver's license 3 years' work experience in Structured Cabling/ Electrical highly preferred Ability to travel 25% of the time Working knowledge of the NEC Working knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local and National Electric Code Strong customer/client service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents Complete required documentation in a variety of written and electronic formats according to company standards such as time reporting for billing & payroll, work order progress & completion Proven skills in reliability and dependability demonstrated through completing tasks on time and with minimal supervision, punctual and present for work, informing appropriate individuals when work will not be completed in agreed upon time frame. &nspb; Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.
