Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in electrical installs or electronics builds (internship eligible).
• Hands-on experience debugging, testing, and validating electrical systems with multimeters and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, test, and verify battery and power conversion hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine speed and quality of production steps.
• Some field travel to remote desert sites for solar panel and battery installation.
• Develop and write install instructions for field teams to shorten installation times.
• Collaborate with design, test, and production engineers to refine power electronics and storage hardware.
