Job summary

Ambrosia Energy is seeking an assembly technician for our battery storage systems. You will build, test, and support assembly of battery packs and related components on our production line, following detailed build instructions.

The role requires hands-on work with electrical and mechanical systems and a strong focus on quality and safety. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in electronics/mechanical assembly, familiarity with testing tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters), and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in electronics or mechanical assembly.
• Hands-on experience with building, debugging, testing and validating electrical systems.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters and common hand/power tools.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for a shift and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail; you will follow written/verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and test battery packs including wiring and components.
• Operate laser welding machine.
• Perform automated tests of battery health.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and heavy equipment.
• Operate production machinery and ensure quality builds.
• Assemble battery systems on a production line per build instructions.
• Perform visual inspections for defects.
• Load/unload materials and organize tools and components.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes and share ideas.
