Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Technician to be located at field project sites across the United States. You will join a team focused on installing and terminating electrical components for solar projects, with emphasis on outdoor site work and learning from feedback.

The role requires lifting and physical work in varying weather, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with supervisors. GED preferred; prior solar construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience working on solar construction projects preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and maneuver materials.
• Able to work outdoors in varying, extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DC trench, MV trench, and cable install tasks.
• Support SCADA equipment install, splice, and terminations.
• Assist with labeling, fiber termination, and cabling installation.
