Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Field Service Electrician to provide on-site electrical service and support at client sites. You will follow schedules, perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks, diagnose issues, and produce thorough service reports while documenting processes and adhering to WB Moore's protocols.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of electrical experience, a High School diploma or GED, OSHA 30, NFPA70E/Arc Flash training, and certification to use lift

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of electrical experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA70E/Arc Flash training.
• Certified and comfortable using lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support at field or customer sites.
• Follow work schedules and respond to work requests.
• Accomplish installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Follow WB Moore's procedures and protocols.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
