You will verify electrical workmanship, document inspections, and drive quality initiatives across complex sites, working closely with electricians, superintendents, and project leadership.

This contract-to-hire role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and proactive problem-solving to raise workmanship and project outcomes on site.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical construction knowledge and installation practices.
• Proven QA/QC inspection experience on active construction sites.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience educating and mentoring field personnel on quality.
