Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Foreman for field-based work at project sites across the United States. You will lead electrical scope activities for solar fields, transformers, conduit, wiring, and SCADA-related tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong field leadership, ability to supervise crews of 10+, experience in solar construction, and willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Experience supervising a crew of 10+ on solar projects preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow safety procedures.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform electrical field tasks for solar projects including trenching, conduit, cable, and equipment installation.
• Supervise a crew of 10+ to safely and productively complete tasks.
• Document field decisions and reporting, such as production tracking.
• Perform testing and commissioning tasks (e.g., Megger, IV curves, voltage tests).
