CoVolt Power is a leading utility-scale EPC company designing and delivering solar, battery energy storage (BESS), and high voltage infrastructure across North America. This field-based role supports the electrical scope and contributes directly to the construction of a solar field.

As Electrical General Foreman, you will train others on underground work, follow safety and quality standards, and perform trenching, cable install, splice, and testing tasks in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Field-based role requiring outdoor work in varied weather.
• Experience on solar construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform trenching, cable and conduit installation, and electrical terminations.
• Install SCADA equipment, fiber, splices, and testing per specs.
• Uphold safety, train others on underground work, document field decisions.
