Job summary

Design Solutions and Integration seeks an experienced Electrical Estimator with an Oil & Gas background to support Permian Basin operations and a field team of about 55 electricians from their Midland, TX office. The role requires frequent field walks to scope, design-build, and estimate projects directly from site observations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Project Managers, with McCormick Systems experience preferred but training offered for the right candidate ready to learn the platform.

Qualifications

• Field knowledge to scope, design-build, and estimate projects from site observations.
• Oil & Gas project estimating experience
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and project teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent field job walks to identify project requirements and estimate jobs from现场 observations.
• Translate field notes into material and labor takeoffs using McCormick Systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Project Managers for bids and hand-offs.
• Maintain and adapt McCormick database to reflect local conditions and crew production rates.
• Ensure safety and compliance for hazardous environments.
